Ganasce al Cioccolato (Chocolate Cream)





INGREDIENTS:
-800 gr. of liquid cream;
-500 gr. of 70% dark chocolate;

HOW TO:
-crush the chocolate into small pieces;
-boil the cream and add chocolate;
-mix until it melts;
-keep mixing until you get a homogeneous cream.
