What do you need:
Layers:
* fennel(first);
* carrot(second);
* apples(third):
* salad(fourth);
Sauce:
* extravirgin olive oil(of course!);
* chopped ginger;
* grated lemon peel.
for the layers, blend the vegetables one by one and then put them into for every layer.
for the sauce, cook the ingredients together and then let it rest for 24 hours.
